Loved heart of the week We know that the wine industry has an ethic. We also have an ethic: it is expressed through our respect for the consumer, for our readers, for lovers, for young as for the less younger , knowing that learning wines, information, require time, money, patience, passion, interest. This ethic is also expressed in the de cracking winemakers passionate and exciting. We understand that there are now two worlds of wine, two options: one where ethics premium, the other purely commercial. On the one hand, then, there are merchants or opportunists who make wines standardized or "putassiers" taking consumers for fools. Opposite, any winemaker worth the name, as another artisan, cheese, baker or artist will tell you, even if we must live, and thus sell the best, only wallpaper not a table to please we do not write a novel or you do not compose a musical work only to sell, but because it is inspired and that it has ideas and beliefs. They choose between having the praise wines "doped" and of loving the real wines simply those in which we find both the strength of the soil that the hand of man.
