- is also a hub of trade for all players in the PAN, France (professionals, instructors, manufacturers, institutions and administration) and abroad.
- From 1996 to 2000: - Organization, Saint Laurent du Var (DDJS) and Antibes (pancakes), 9 of Training Courses Monitors Federal PAN ( National Training Manager: Jean Michel PALAU - Chairman of the Committee upward FFP Daniel Grazzini). While in the sixties, the basics of parasailing are built, in France, in big blow to innovation (Lemoigne Wings), there is also a development of this new discipline in Europe and especially England , under the leadership of Walter Neumark, and in Italy, Holland, Belgium and Germany, where some clubs parasailing emerge.
If the evolution of parasailing in France at the beginning rather oriented towards the practice of land upward, it United States and especially in Florida as parasailing Boat will reach its greatest development from 1961 .
Indeed, American society Pioneer Parachute Compagny " based in Manchester, Connecticut, who bought the license Lemoigne, will slightly modify the parachute Lemoigne 679 A and marketed under the name of "Parasail". Essentially
practiced early in the "range mode" (starting range) is Mark McCulloh who, through his many inventions and innovations since 1971 will lay the foundations for the modern boating parasailing and diversify the modes Practice ("Floating Dock - Boat Platform").
In England, in 1978 , Brian GASKIN Company creates "Waterbird Parakites. It will then break into the market parasailing Boat with his parachute 24 ft Waterbird 16 "which serve as a baseline for the development of new parachutes the late 20 th Century;
Meanwhile, after making known worldwide brand Waterbird, Brian Tripp creates in turn, in 1984, his own company parachute "Sportlite Parasail" which now divides the world market with Waterbird parasails water.

Size:
Most parachutes are manufactured in the Anglo-Saxon (England, USA, Australia), the size of parasails expressed in "feet" (ft) and the value indicated by the manufacturer corresponds to the diameter of the blade flat, the surface of the wing is expressed in m².
Each manufacturer has different sizes of parachutes that reflect the maximum weight that can be transported (people) and the maximum wind force authorized.
In some cases, additional openings (slots) are closed by a zipper may be encountered particularly for parachutes large diameter ("Wind zip (13) 32ft to the Sportlite, " Pressure Wind " (14) in Waterbird ).
Parachutes Waterbird also have a small zipper ("QuickTrim) at the third side nozzles (15) to rectify the parachute when it can no longer fly right.

The Harness:
element essential to the practice of PAN the harness allows the parachutist to cling to the parachute (V traction) and to fly upward while seated. Manufacturing simple and comfortable, each brand offers a parachute harness in general adapted to different markets its parachutes.
All equipped with a hydraulic winch that can wrap an average 200m of rope and a large rear platform, marketed vessels have variable lengths (7 to 10m) . They have, in general, Petrol inboard engine or (260 330cv) or Diesel or Turbo Diesel (200 410cv) can be combined with either a Z Drive in a V Drive, a propeller shaft (Direct Drive) or a hydro- Jet (Jet Drive).
theft in PAN can be made in single, tandem or three or more.
Preparation of Flight Check-in Range:
It includes:
· The audit and the preparation of the parachute
· Equipment and installation of practicing
. The starting position and keeping the trucks (with or without bar suspension)
· The safety instructions to be followed at each phase
· Specific signs to communicate with the Monitor during the flight.
Theft:
During the flight, the practitioner is passive and acts on the wing if the Monitor asked.
Monitor, tractor driver of the boat, changing during the flight along different axes relative to the wind and varies the height of the parachute component with boat speed, strength and wind direction.
The Splashdown:
Following a gradual descent and passive (no action on the wing), the landing, which is the form to pose the most commonly used as the safest , takes the wind.
Monitor retrieves then hoisted it to the parachute board.
The Landing:
Following a gradual and controlled descent (tightrope), landing on the beach, made exclusively by moderate wind, always facing the wind when sailing conditions (regulation) permitting.
During the descent, the practitioner is not acting on the wing.
Upon asking, he must have flexible legs to absorb without difficulty and without the sit contact with the ground, while aid to the parachute canopy affalent.
Once the parachute is deflated on the ground and the rope tensile relaxed, the practitioner is lowered from the parachute.
